Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the road map of Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh is ready. Ministers should implement it fast. We do not have to waste even a single day. We have to give results. Ministers should review the departmental works with departmental officers every Monday. Madhya Pradesh has to remain number one in every plan of the Centre. Every month the work of each department will be rated. We have to speed up the development of the state and welfare of the people and also ensure good governance in the state.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing the ministers at the outset of the Cabinet meeting through video conferencing in Mantralaya today. Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains and all concerned were present on the occasion.

Way has to be paved in times of economic crisis

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that we have to find a way out in the financial crisis. All efforts must be made to get maximum amount for the state in every scheme of the centre.

Review through CM Dashboard

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the online progress of every department which is received daily on CM Dashboard, will be reviewed regularly. He will review each plan separately.

Good governance is our responsibility

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that good governance is the responsibility of all of us in the state. While people should get the benefit of the schemes on time, law and order system should be strengthened in the state. It is our resolve to wipe out anti-social elements, goondas, miscreants, mafias. For this, we are also making new laws.

Conversion through love jihad will not be tolerated

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that conversion through love jihad will not be tolerated in the state. Constant action is being taken in the state against impostors and hypocrites.

Home Department congratulated

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan congratulated the Home Department for successfully conducting the anti-Naxal campaign in the state. A dreaded Naxalite has been killed as part of the campaign. Continuous action is being taken against major criminals in the state.

Decisions taken on various proposals

Decisions were taken on various proposals presented in the Cabinet. Approval was given to various proposals including changing of the name of Animal Husbandry Department to Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, sanctioning funds for distribution of uniforms in government schools, closure of Government Presses of Gwalior, Rewa and Indore, bank loan to Energy Department for sub-station construction etc. enforcement of control rules for nursing colleges etc.
