Revised programme of voter list revision of urban bodies released

Final publication of voter list on December 12

State Election Commission is resuming the adjourned process of Photo Voter List Revision-2020 of Municipal Corporation, Morena and urban bodies of Dewas, Bhind, Shivpuri, Guna, Chhatarpur, Rajgarh, Agar-Malwa, Ujjain, Dhar and Indore districts. A revised programme for the Photo Voter List Revision -2020 of these urban bodies has been released by the Commission. The final publication of the voter list will be on December 12, 2020.

Secretary, State Election Commission Shri Durg Vijay Singh has informed that claims -objection will be taken for the annual revision of the voter list of Morena Municipal Corporation from November 21 to 28 at the Claim Objection Centre. Claims and objections will be settled by December 5, 2020. The final photo voter list will be published openly at municipalities, wards and other prescribed places on December 12, 2020.

Shri Singh has informed that the format for the Photo-Voter List Revision-2020, of the urban bodies of Dewas, Bhind, Shivpuri, Guna, Chhatarpur, Rajgarh, Agar-Malwa, Ujjain, Dhar and Indore, will be published on November 21, 2020 at municipalities, wards and other prescribed places. Claims and objection will be taken at Claim-Objection Centres from November 21 to 28. Claims and objections will be resolved by December 5. Public publication of the final photo voter list will be done on December 12, 2020 at the municipalities, wards and other prescribed places. Instructions have been issued by the Government of India and the state government to ensure adherence to the guidelines issued for control of Covid-19 infection.

The voter list of urban bodies Peepalrawa, Tonkhurd, Bagli, Sonkuchch, Bhounrasa, Hatpipalya, Karnavad of Dewas district, Mihona, Lahar, Daboh, Alampur in Bhind district, Pichore of Shivpuri district, Guna, Aron in Guna district, Chhatarpur, Maharajpur in Chhatarpur district, Biaora, Suthalia of Rajgarh district, Agar-Malwa, Badod, Kanad, Susner, Soyatkalan, Badgaon of Agar-Malwa district, Nagda of Ujjain district, Badnawar of Dhar district and Rau, Hatod, Betma, Depalpur, Gautampura, Mahugaon, Manpur and Samver of Indore district will be revised.
