The
state government has decided to give
an incentive amount of Rs. 300 and
Rs. 150 to the aaganwadi workers and
assistants respectively in addition
to the honorarium An additional
burden of Rs. 31 crore per year
would be shouldered by the state
government in this regard. The
decision has been taken in a cabinet
meeting held under the chairmanship
of the chief minister Shri Shivraj
Singh Chouhan here today.
At
present, payment of Rs. 1000 is
being made to matric pass aaganwadi
workers where as payment Rs. 938 and
Rs. 500 per month is being paid to
non matric aaganwadi workers and
assistants respectively. The payment
is being made to these workers and
assistants from the funds received
from the world bank/ union
government. The minister for finance
Shri Raghavji had made an
announcement in this regard at the
time of budget 2007-08 on February
last on behalf of the state
government.
Panchayat
and rural development department's
4125 posts to be continued in 11th
plan
The
cabinet has decided to continue 4125
sanctioned posts under the panchayat
and rural development department in
the 11th five year plan (2007-12).
Similarly, the cabinet has decided
to continue the schemes under the
panchayat and rural development
department such as 12th finance
commission, state finance commission
including rural development schemes
like Indira Awas yojna, Swarna
Jayanti Gram yojna, Jila gramin
abhikaran prashasan yojna, Ekakirat
padat bhoomi vikas yojna, Sookha
pravan kshetra vikas programme,
Sampoorna gramin rozgar yojna,
Rashtriya gramin rozgar gramin
guarantee yojna, M.P. gram sarak
vikas pradhikaran, Madhyan bhojan
yojna and pichda kshetra vikas kosh.
Also, it has been decided in the
cabinet meeting to continue Indira
Gandhi Gharibi Hatao yojna, M.P
Ajivika pariyojna, state level
staff, land water management
institute, community development
programme, M.P. gramin rozgar
guarantee parishad, state road
connectivity, Mukhya mantri awas
yojna,(Apna Ghar), Rajya swarna
Jayanti, IEC training, maintenance
of roads constructed under
M.P.Gramin sarak, water shed action
plan, Sootradhar yojna and Godan
& infrastructure scheme in Gokul
grams under the 11th five year plan.
Court
fee (M.P. second amendment)
ordinance
The
cabinet while approving the court
fee ( M.P. second amendment )
ordinance 2007 has decided that the
law and legislative affairs
department would initiate the
process to facilitate introduction
of a bill to this effect in the next
session of the Vidhan sabha.
Approval
for filling up different posts under
school education,
panchayat and
rural development departments
The
cabinet has decided to fill up 11
deputy directors' posts under school
education department directly and
filling up 122 principal posts for
higher secondary schools through
public service commission. The
cabinet has decided to lift the
prohibitions in context of the
previous order of the finance
department dated October 31, 2001
for 30 percent reduction and another
order dated May 18, 2005 as regard
to total ban on direct recruitment.
Revised
estimate approved for construction
of Madhyanchal Bhavan
The
cabinet has decided to relax the
ceiling of Rs. 15.27 crore for the
proposed Madhyanchal Bhavan to be
constructed in New Delhi. Revised
estimate of Rs. 21.94 crore has been
approved by the cabinet in the
meeting.
Bill
in place of Private professional
education
institution ordinance in
next session
The
cabinet has decided to table a bill
in place of Madhya Pradesh private
professional education institution
(Regulation of admission and fee
fixation) M.P 2007 promulgated the
other day in the next session of the
Vidhan sabha . Consent has been
given by the cabinet as regard to re
introduction of bill by the higher
education department by taking all
necessary steps. It may be mentioned
that Madhya Pradesh private
professional institution (Regulation
of admission and fee fixation) bill
was passed by the cabinet on May 09,
which was introduced in the form of
ordinance as the Vidhan Sabha was
not in session that time and
simultaneously it was published in
the extraordinary state gazette
Land
alloted for Jetropha plantation and
bio diesel plant
The
cabinet has given its approval to
the proposal of M/s Cosmo bio fuel
as regard to allotment of 1486.47
non forest barren land for Jetropha
plantation and establishment of bio
diesel plant in Shivpuri district..
The land will be given on two year
lease for the time being.
Approval
given for exchange of land for
graveyard
The
cabinet has accorded approval to
give 0.146 and 0.105 hectare
government land to Shri Rajjulal in
place of his 0.251 hectare personal
land to be utilised for the purpose
of graveyard.
